Existential threats are on the increase. Due to the hubris of homo sapiens, our habitat is extremely vulnerable. Industrial design alongside globalization has made it so. This vulnerability then results in ‘natural’ (there is no such thing, which I will address elsewhere on the website) and manmade disasters, the scope and scale of which are on the increase.
While transformation change is what is required to mitigate and eventually bring about the safety and security we seek, in the meantime, we must ready ourselves for the accelerating impacts we’re already experiencing that are only going to get worse.
